Expenses & Expense Detail Screens:
The Expenses screen allows you to see how unallocated expenses and the expenses you specify come together to form total expenses. You can add an unlimited number of expense items to this page.
The Expense Detail screen shows detailed information on each expense item added.
If you filled in a number for Revenues and Net Operating Income on the Info tab, the Unallocated Expenses figure acts as a "plug" so that the sum of the expense items on this screen will equal the difference between the Revenues and Net Operating Income figures you specified. You can eliminate this "plug" by pushing the button. (Once the "plug" is disabled, the Net Operating Income input cell on the Info tab will also be disabled.)
The Shared Expenses item shows the sum of all the expenses being shared by both residential and commercial tents. You can push the button to go to the Rent Roll for more detailed information.
Annual expense figures can be projected using a generic growth percentage or specified by year by pushing the "Customize Annual Expenses" button.
