You can input both plain vanilla and truly exotic financing terms on this screen.
You'll also be able to see the resulting asset quality figures on which many bankers focus. These asset quality figures in turn determine the model's estimate of Financing Likelihood so you can come up with a reasonable financing structure before even meeting with a banker.
Financing amount can be based on a percentage of total cost or a specific dollar amount.
Tap the 'i' button to better understand the Financing Likelihood Indicator.
If an interest-only and/or a variable-rate option is chosen, the relevant fields will be become enabled, allowing you to customize the loan to your own rate assumptions.
The 'Amoritization Schedule' button will take you to a full Loan Amortization schedule.
